Following the success of the Restart video, the band approached me again to help rework a second clip that had been shot independently in Sydney. While the footage had potential, the initial edit lacked energy and direction, and the band felt it didn’t align with their evolving tone.

Working with a modest budget, I took on the project to elevate what was already captured. The video was filmed in a derelict building using smoke machines and minimal lighting. I leaned into the raw aesthetic, enhancing the atmosphere with a bold duotone grade of purples and reds to give the visuals more identity and impact.

I rebuilt the edit from scratch, adjusting the pacing to inject energy and momentum in line with the track’s dynamics. The final piece brought new life to the footage, resonating strongly with the band’s audience and racking up over 10,000 views across platforms in just a few weeks.
